Shhhhhh, don’t tell people just how easy this is to make!
- 5 to 6 large new white potatoes washed and trimmed, but not peeled.
(If you can’t eat an unpeeled potato, then you know what you must do)
- One teaspoon olive oil per potato
- McCormick’s brand Smoked Paprika seasoning
- Garlic powder
Make 1/4 to 1/2 ” scores across the tops of each potato. Place in a microwavable dish. Drizzle with olive oil and then shake on garlic powder and smoked paprika. Microwave for 15 minutes. Check for tenderness with a fork. If potatoes are undercooked, microwave for another 5 to 10 minutes.
