When you’ve got more to do than dice, slice and stir, try this easy recipe to mix up and throw in the oven. It’s not something you’ll want to have too often with all the cream and salt, but try it and you might like it once in a while. My family likes things a little more on the spicy side so I would add a teaspoon of Franks Red Hot Sauce…and like the advertisement goes we put that stuff on just about everything!
- 4-6 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- ½ package onion soup mix
- 1 soup can of white wine
Put all ingredients together in a casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350F for approximately 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve over hot rice.
